What are your pallets made of?
We
generally produce pallets from hardwood (oak), but often times
customers will request pallets made of pine or other soft woods. If our
customer has a preference, we build them to their desired
specifications.
How long does it take for my order to ship?
Generally, we strive to ship within 5 business days. Sometimes we ship
more quickly, but if your order consists of custom sizes, it can take a
bit longer.
Where are your pallets made?
We
manufacture our pallets at our plant in Mountain Home, Arkansas, in the
beautiful Ozark Mountains. Our lower cost of living enables us to pass
on savings to our customers and our stable, dependable workforce is
homegrown!
Do you have a minimum order?
No, you can order one pallet or ten thousand pallets. We'll treat you with the respect you deserve either way.
What size crates and pallets do you make?
We'll build any size you want!
Our automated machinery can be programmed to build to virtually any
specification. If you need 96" pallets, fine. If you need a crate made
to ship your Lamborghini, we can do that too. Just give us a call.
Can I order plastic hose reels unassembled, so I can put them together myself?
Absolutely! We actually encourage that if you have the facilities because of the tremendous savings in freight costs.
I have to ship overseas. Do your pallets meet heat-treated specs?
We
have a state-of-the-art heat-treating kiln and our pallets are
certified to meet the specifications for shipping foodstuffs,
pharmaceuticals and other sensitive products. They also meet Federal
standards for overseas shipments.

Our
technical service reps can answer any questions you have regarding our
products. We can also offer suggestions and advice as to the best
